Our small group sessions are focused on fun, functional sessions delivered in groups of 4 or less!

To Ensure you get the best possible results and the most value. We have reduced the price, increased the energy and capped the numbers.

Similarly to our 1:1 product, you will receive ongoing support and advice on a variety of health topics.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

A fast paced class which is great for boosting your fitness levels to new heights. It’s 45 minutes that focuses on a full body workout that burns calories/fat and tones muscle. You will burn over 400 calories in 45 minutes. It’s a great way to get your daily workout in, in a short amount of time. We recommend this class for all ability levels. At Jack Miller Fitness Studio we offer HIIT classes in the studio and online.

Boxing

This 45 minute class will focus on burning calories and toning your upper body and abs. it will improve fitness as well as learning good boxing form. A great way to punch out the stresses of life.

Pilates

Our beginners to intermediate class is for everybody, no matter your fitness levels and whether you have practiced Pilates before, or are a complete beginner. Pilates is a full-body exercise method that focuses on stabilising and strengthening your core which helps to support the frame of your body, and your muscles and joints. It helps to improve your posture by aligning the body, and increases flexibility and mobility throughout your body. Pilates can help to relieve stress and tension, and overall leave you feeling great after class.

Freestyle Combo

This is a combination of all the classes into one! It could be part boxing part weight lifting or it could be a more cardio based circuit with a run at the end. Either way, its going to be sweaty and will push you to your limits! This class will depend entirely on Jacks mood. Good luck!

LIFT

HIIT and LIFT is not your usual circuit class. it’s a slower paced class focusing on lifting weight and improving technique. it will challenge you in new ways by maxing out your lifting ability and pushing it to its limits.

So if your goal is to build strength and tone up then this is the class for you.

HIIT and RUN

HIIT and RUN is a mixture of a HIIT circuit in the studio and running along the beautiful seafront of Hove. Everything is at your own pace, so it doesn’t matter if you’re an experienced runner or just starting out. This class will increase your fitness levels and burn fat!
