Hey! I’m Lauren. 

I’m level 3 personal trainer and fitness instructor and am currently undergoing my level 4 strength and conditioning qualification.

 Fitness for me goes way beyond aesthetics and I truly believe it’s the key to happiness.

 I first got into fitness to improve my mental health and it changed my life beyond recognition.

 I now want to help others on their journeys to becoming the best version of themselves and get stronger not just physically but mentally too!

I specialise in strength training/boxing/mindset coaching and nutrition.
